CANCELLATIONS:
notification is required to be made at 12 hours prior to service. Cancellations made after 10AM the day of service will still accrue as a half charge of the service. If I arrive at your home for a scheduled dog walk and your dog is not available, you will be charged in full for a dog walking services.
EMERGENCY CARE:
in the event that something happens to your dog that requires medical attention, I will do everything possible to obtain the right treatment in a timely manner. If I am unable to reach you for a whatever reason, I reserve the right to take your pet the nearest Veterinarian.
VACCINATIONS:
dogs must be current in their vaccinations.
PAYMENTS:
invoices will be emailed to you based on your preferred payment arrangements.
